The Neat PaintersThe Neat Painter, Inc officially entered the world of painting and home improvement in 1993.  The idea and company started with one man and a paint brush over 25 years ago.  Jim Arremony has built his company with strong people skills, high moral character, and listening to the needs of customers.  The Neat Painters has grown to over 60 employees servicing both residential and commercial customers.  To this day, our reputation remains our biggest marketing tool.

It was out of the success of The Neat Painters, that Midstates Home Solutions, LLC came to exist.  Both groups operate as sister companies with a common foundation of management philosophies and a desire for growth.

The Neat Painters proudly claims, “We Really Are Different.” We don’t cut corners; we are committed to professionalism and integrity in everything we do.  We don’t stop with just doing a great job.  We offer extended warranties as a testament of our dedication to quality and service.

We strive to keep our employees satisfied with their jobs so that they remain with us and are willing to go the extra mile on all of our projects.  We guarantee experienced tradesmen on all of our jobs.  Our employees all have a minimum of 5 years of experience before being hired.  Beyond their skills, our employees are also expected to be neat, courteous, and professional at all times – to live up to our name.  Should the project require a specialized skill, we also have multi-talented technicians who can do just about anything.

Our Supervisor System calls for a Foreman on every crew, whether it is residential or commercial.  Each Foreman is held accountable to the Field Supervisor, who in turn reports directly to Jim.  The Field Supervisors visit each crew and the Foreman on the job without fail every two days.  Our Field Supervisors meet with Jim weekly.  This system allows for accountability and keeps communication moving in both directions.

The Neat Painters team is proficient in a wide variety of skills enabling us to service customers with an array of needs including:
